  • Every morning during 12 weeks. Remember 4 to 12 moments where you have made life change based on your sensation and inner voice.

  • Step in into each and every moment seeing what you saw, hearing what you heard and feeling what you felt. Make the images bigger, sound louder and feeling more intense.

  • Compare the experience with day to day activity.

  • Use submodalities
