Vlad: “Oh. OK. So, You perceive there is part of you who wants to do something and part of you that’s want to do something else. How do you know that what you are telling yourself it’s better than what you are doing? What do you internally: see, telling yourself, hearing from outside and sense that is getting you to know.”

Client: Pointing with left arm ahead. “I am seeing myself in about 1 meter distance on the left side, life size, partly transparent representation of myself in 3D, shadow behind. I am hearing my voice coming from the mouth of myself in normal tone, speed and volume saying I should do this and the eyes are watching away as I hear myself saying the words. I hear my wife nagging me about doing the things I should and promised to do. I feel cold, heavy, stuck, size and texture of grapefruit and feel acid sensation in pit of my stomach.

Vlad: “That’s great. What do you internally: see, telling yourself, hearing from outside and sense that is getting you to know that now it’s the time to forget about what you should do.”

Client: Searching for the answer. Pointing with right arm ahead. “I am seeing myself in about 1/2 meter distance on the right side, bigger than life size, more solid representation of myself in 3D, shadow in front and while I watch my feet I feel pull and jump inside. I am hearing my voice coming from my chest in urgent tone, speedier and higher volume saying I am here now and I am doing this, I feel good. I hear in the distance my wife nagging me about doing the things I should and promised to do. I feel energy, uplifting, moving, size and texture of soccer ball and feel sensation in my chest. I never thought about it in this way.”

Vlad: “OK. I perceive the second representation is more alluring. What do you tell yourself after you have done it?”

Client: “I have started to have medical issues and my Dr. had told me that I need to change my lifestyle if I want to see my grand kids and enjoy the life as I get older.”

Vlad: “As I am hearing your medical issues are in the way, and you want to align your values with who you are thinking of yourself to be. Let’s do Core transformation, before we go any further.”

Client: “It’s great!!! I know that I am align!!!”

Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Bring your attention to your breath and focus on the feeling of your breath entering and leaving your body.

Now, begin to scan your body from head to toe. Notice any areas of tension or discomfort.

If you find any areas of tension, gently place your hand on that area and breathe into it.

As you breathe in, imagine that you are breathing in white light and healing energy.

As you breathe out, imagine that you are breathing out any tension or discomfort.

Continue scanning your body and breathing in and out until you feel relaxed and centered.

Now, bring your attention to your heart. Imagine that your heart is a source of love and light.

Feel the love and light radiating from your heart throughout your body and into the world around you.

Sit or lie in this state of love and light for as long as you like.

When you are ready, open your eyes and come back to the present moment.

I have read the books, watch videos, attend seminars, practice on myself and others. Since 1995 I have done Hatha yoga and later on Kundalini yoga. I have taught yoga and experience brief moments of connection. Since 1997 I have become immersed in NLP and by finding, tunning and enhancing my strategies I got experiences of connection more often.
