“What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are tiny matters compared to what lives within us.” - Henry David Thoreau

πŸ“„ ABSTRACT
#

Core Transformation is a process that helps people change unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is based on the idea that our current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are based on our past experiences and futures expectations. By understanding and transforming these core patterns, we can can change our core patterns and create a new future for ourselves.

Core Transformation is a gentle yet powerful process that helps people connect with their core essence, where they can find their true power and potential. It is a hands-on experience that helps people release their blocks and create the life they desire.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE KEY BENEFITS OF CORE TRANSFORMATION:
#

  • It can help you change unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
  • It can help you improve your relationships, health, and career.
  • It can help you heal from trauma and abuse.
  • It can help you find your true purpose and live a more fulfilling life.

βš™οΈ PARTS AND POSITIVE INTENT
#

I am telling myself I should, but I don’t

The parts concept in Core Transformation is based on the idea that we are all made up of different parts. These parts can be positive, negative, or neutral. They can be based on our past experiences, future expectations, our beliefs, our emotions, or our needs.

The goal of Core Transformation is to help us become aware of our parts and to learn how to work with them in a productive way. When we understand our parts, we can start to see how they are contributing to our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We can then begin to change the parts that are not serving us well.

One of the most important things to remember about the parts concept is that no part is bad or wrong. All parts have a purpose. The key is to learn how to integrate our parts in a way that is healthy and productive.

WE KNOW WE SHOULD’T, BUT THERE IS PART OF USE WHO PREFER QUICK HABITUATED WAY TO COPE WITH SITUATION
#

Here are some parts that might come up in Core Transformation:

  • The Inner Critic: This part is often critical and judgmental. It may tell us that we are not good enough or that we will never succeed.
  • The Perfectionist: This part wants everything to be perfect. It can be very demanding and can lead to anxiety and stress.
  • The Victim: This part feels helpless and powerless. It may blame others for its problems and may not take responsibility for its own actions.
  • The Explorer: This part is curious and adventurous. It wants to try new things and experience new challenges.
  • The Nurturer: This part is caring and compassionate. It wants to help others and make them feel safe and loved.
  • These are just a few examples of the many parts that we may have. The important thing is to become aware of our parts and to learn how to work with them in a healthy way.

HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF POSITIVE INTENT:
#

  • To protect us from harm
  • To help us achieve our goals
  • To make us feel loved and cared for
  • To help us cope with difficult emotions
  • To help us feel safe and secure
  • To help us have fun and enjoy life

It is important to remember that not all parts have positive intentions. Some parts may have negative intentions, such as to control us, to sabotage us, or to hurt us. However, even these parts may have a positive intention at their core. For example, a part that is trying to control us may be trying to protect us from harm.

The important thing is to be aware of the positive intention behind our parts, even if the behavior is not positive. By understanding the positive intention, we can start to change the behavior in a more productive way.

COMMUNICATION WITH THE PARTS
#

  • Ask yourself why the part is doing what it’s doing. What is the part trying to achieve?
  • Empathize with the part. What is the part feeling and needing?
  • Thank the part for its service. The part is only doing what it thinks is best for us.
  • Offer the part a new way to meet its needs. Can we find a healthier way - for the part to achieve its goals?

🌊 CORE STATE
#

In Core Transformation, a core state is a state of being that is characterized by love, acceptance, and peace. It is a state of being where we are fully present and connected to ourselves and to the world around us. It is a state of being where we feel safe, loved, and supported.

Core states are often described as being “felt” rather than “thought.” They are states of being that we experience in our bodies and in our hearts. They are states of being that are beyond words.

Core states are often accessed through deep relaxation or meditation. They can also be accessed through guided imagery or visualization.

When we access our core state, we are able to connect with our true essence. We are able to see ourselves and the world around us with clarity and compassion. We are able to let go of our fears and limitations and create a new reality for ourselves.

Core states are a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. They can help us to heal from trauma, to overcome limiting beliefs, and to create a life that is full of love, joy, and peace.

πŸ›οΈ ORIGINS AND PRINCIPLES OF CORE TRANSFORMATION
#

CONNIRAE ANDREAS @ TAMARA ANDREAS
#

  • Connirae Andreas is co-founder of NLP Comprehensive, renowned trainer, coach and author. Connirae had developed Core Transformation after having a profound experience of personal change from a visit with Milton Erickson, the world-famous hypnotherapist. In a group session with Dr. Erickson, she suddenly felt as if she was a completely different person. This experience led Andreas to believe that we all have the potential to transform ourselves, and that Core Transformation could be a powerful tool for helping people to do so.

  • Connirae Andreas began developing Core Transformation in the late 1980s and early 1990s, and she co-published with her sister Tamara Andreas her book “Core Transformation: Reaching the Wellspring Within” in 1994.

  • Tamara Andreas is an international transformational seminar leader and co-author of the book, Core Transformation: Reaching the Wellspring Within

PRINCIPLES OF CORE TRANSFORMATION
#

  • Our current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are based on our past experiences: We are all shaped by our past experiences, both good and bad. These experiences can create core patterns that influence how we think, feel, and behave in the present moment. Core Transformation can help us to identify and transform these core patterns so that we can create a new future for ourselves.

  • We are all connected to each other and to the universe: We are all part of a larger whole. When we connect with our true essence, we can experience a sense of unity with the world around us. This connection can give us a sense of peace, love, and belonging. Core Transformation can help us to connect with our true essence so that we can experience this sense of connection.

  • We have the power to choose how we respond to our experiences: We are not victims of our circumstances. We have the power to choose how we respond to our experiences. When we choose to respond in a positive way, we can create a more fulfilling life for ourselves. Core Transformation can help us to become aware of our choices and to make choices that are in alignment with our values and goals.

  • Our imagination is a powerful tool for creating change: Our imagination is a powerful tool that can help us to create change in our lives. When we imagine something, it becomes more likely to happen. Core Transformation uses visualization and guided imagery to help us to create new possibilities for ourselves.

  • We need to accept ourselves and our past experiences in order to move forward: We cannot change our past, but we can choose how we respond to it. By accepting ourselves and our past experiences, we can let go of the pain and suffering that we have been carrying with us. We can then move forward in a positive way. Core Transformation can help us to accept ourselves and our past experiences so that we can move forward in a positive way.

πŸ—¨οΈ GUIDING PARTICIPANTS
#

  • Sitting by side so you can perceive nuances in facial expression, gestures, coloration of the skin and not stay in the way of client who are accessing their images and creating metaphors in front of them.
  • Modulate your voice and speak slowly and melodically.
  • Be interested and curious about client exploration.
  • Repeat client’s words using his voice delivery. For instance when the client spoke about exciting event, his face lightened up, words speeded up and his tone of voice was higher. As a professional, you are, match his expression or attend acting class to learn essentials.
  • Connect the question and experience with coordinating conjunction and/as/when. For instance: Now step or breathe in X and experience X in complete way. And as you are experiencing X in whole and complete way, ask the part: What do you want through this that’s even deeper or more important?
