Way to access inner knowing

Two trends

  1. Self

Accessing internal knowledge refers to tapping into your reservoir of thoughts, ideas, memories, and insights. Here are some ways to access your internal knowledge:

  1. Self-Reflection: Set aside time for introspection and self-reflection. Create a quiet and comfortable space where you can contemplate your thoughts and experiences. This allows you to access your inner wisdom and gain deeper insights into your beliefs, values, and aspirations.

  2. Meditation and Mindfulness: Practice meditation and mindfulness techniques to quiet the mind and cultivate awareness of your internal landscape. These practices help you tune in to your thoughts, emotions, and intuitive wisdom, allowing you to access deeper levels of knowing.

  3. Journaling: Keep a journal to record your thoughts, ideas, and reflections. Writing helps clarify your thoughts and allows you to explore your inner world. Regularly reviewing your journal entries can reveal patterns, insights, and personal growth over time.

  4. Creative Expression: Engage in creative activities such as writing, drawing, painting, or playing a musical instrument. These forms of expression can tap into your subconscious mind and unlock hidden knowledge and insights.

  5. Solitude and Silence: Spend time alone in a peaceful environment, free from distractions. Silence and solitude create space for introspection and accessing your inner knowing. Disconnect from technology and external stimuli to foster a deeper connection with yourself.

  6. Body Awareness: Pay attention to the sensations in your body. Your body often holds valuable information and intuitive cues. Practice techniques such as body scanning or mindful movement to access the wisdom stored within your physical being.

  7. Dream Analysis: Pay attention to your dreams and explore their symbolism and meaning. Keep a dream journal by your bedside to capture the details of your dreams upon waking. Analyzing your dreams can provide insights into your subconscious mind and reveal hidden knowledge.

  8. Emotional Intelligence: Develop emotional intelligence by becoming more aware of your emotions and their underlying causes. Emotional intelligence allows you to tap into your feelings and intuition, which can provide valuable guidance and insights.

  9. Trusting Intuition: Cultivate trust in your intuition, which is your innate ability to access knowledge beyond logical reasoning. Practice listening to your gut feelings and honoring your intuitive nudges. Over time, you will develop a stronger connection with your internal knowledge.

  10. Learning from Mistakes: Reflect on past experiences and learn from your mistakes. Mistakes and failures often contain valuable lessons and insights that can inform your future decisions and actions.

  11. Amplify Pendulum: A pendulum is a weight suspended from a fixed point that can swing freely. It can be used as a tool for accessing intuitive guidance and amplifying knowing. Hold the pendulum by its string or chain, ask it a question, and observe its movements. The direction and pattern of the pendulum’s swing can provide insights and answers to your queries.

  12. Focus Tarot, Bible, or any habituated tool: Tarot cards are a popular divination tool that can be used to gain insights and amplify knowing. Each card in a tarot deck carries symbolic meanings and can represent different aspects of life or situations. By focusing on a question or area of interest and drawing cards from the deck, you can receive intuitive guidance and interpretations that help expand your understanding.

  13. Self-Hypnosis: Self-hypnosis is a technique that allows you to enter a relaxed and focused state of mind, enabling access to deeper levels of knowing and self-awareness. It can be used to explore beliefs, memories, and patterns that may influence one’s life. Through hypnosis, individuals can gain insights and make positive changes by tapping into their inner wisdom.

  • Divination Tools: Dices and coins are examples of divination tools that can be used to seek answers or guidance. These objects are assigned meanings, and individuals interpret the results based on the outcome of a dice roll or coin toss. The specific interpretations may vary depending on the system or tradition being followed.

  • Bible for Answers: Many preachers and individuals of faith turn to religious texts, such as the Bible, for guidance and answers. They may seek wisdom and insights by studying passages, reflecting on teachings, or through prayer and meditation. The Bible can provide guidance and inspiration for decision-making and understanding one’s spiritual path.

It’s important to note that the use of these tools and practices can vary depending on personal beliefs, cultural traditions, and religious contexts. It’s always advisable to approach them with respect, and discernment, and seek guidance from experienced practitioners or religious authorities when needed.

Understanding pattern

Each of us has a unique way of codifying our experiences, memories, and expectations into patterns that shape our understanding of the world. These patterns help us make sense of our surroundings and give meaning to our lives. What brings happiness and fulfillment to one person may differ from another, highlighting the diverse ways in which individuals perceive and interact with the world.

For some, the beauty of music resonates deeply within their being. The harmonious melodies, intricate rhythms, and emotive lyrics can evoke powerful emotions, creating a sense of joy, inspiration, or tranquility. Music becomes a conduit through which they find solace, express themselves, and connect with others on a profound level.

On the other hand, some find contentment when things fit perfectly into their designated places. The satisfaction of seeing a round object seamlessly slot into a round hole represents a sense of order, organization, and harmony. It brings a feeling of accomplishment and a belief that the world operates in a predictable and structured manner.

These examples illustrate the subjective nature of human experience and the multitude of ways in which individuals find meaning and happiness. Each person’s unique set of experiences, preferences, and values contribute to their pattern of understanding. What resonates with one person may not hold the same significance for another.

Ultimately, the beauty of our intricate patterns lies in the fact that they allow us to construct a narrative of our own lives, enabling us to find purpose, joy, and fulfillment. Whether it be through the melodies of music or the satisfaction of harmony, these patterns help us navigate the complexities of life and create a unique tapestry of experiences that is deeply personal and meaningful to each of us.

  1. The pattern of transforming confusion into understanding delves into the realm of subjective experience and the coding of submodalities. Submodalities refer to the specific sensory components that make up our internal representations of an experience. By consciously understanding and manipulating these submodalities, we can reframe confusion and gain clarity and comprehension.

When we encounter confusion, our internal representations of the situation may be fragmented or disorganized. Submodalities such as visual images, auditory sounds, kinesthetic sensations, and inner dialogue may be unclear or lacking coherence. However, by identifying and consciously working with these submodalities, we can reorganize our internal representations to facilitate understanding.

  1. One way to transform confusion into understanding is by enhancing the clarity and vividness of our sensory representations. For instance, if we have a visual image associated with confusion, we can make it brighter, sharper, and more focused. By doing so, we bring greater clarity and detail to our mental picture, which can lead to a more profound understanding of the situation.

  2. Another approach is to modify the submodalities associated with our inner dialogue. By adjusting the tone, volume, and speed of our self-talk, we can create a more empowering and coherent internal narrative. This can help us reframe confusion into a state of curiosity, open-mindedness, and a readiness to explore and learn.

  3. Additionally, we can use submodalities to associate positive emotions with understanding and clarity. By intensifying positive kinesthetic sensations such as feelings of curiosity, excitement, or fascination, we can create an anchor that links these emotions to the process of gaining understanding. This association can serve as a powerful motivator and catalyst for seeking clarity and embracing a mindset of continuous learning.

By consciously working with submodalities, we can transform confusion into understanding by reorganizing our internal representations and enhancing the clarity and coherence of our subjective experience. This process allows us to engage with information more effectively, perceive patterns and connections, and make sense of complex situations.

Through the exploration and manipulation of submodalities, we unlock the potential to shift our perspective, gain insights, and move from confusion to a state of profound understanding. This pattern empowers us to take an active role in our learning and growth, enabling us to navigate the complexities of life with greater clarity and comprehension.

“Understanding is like a jigsaw puzzle, except half the pieces are missing, and the other half don’t fit.” - Uknown

1. Enhanced Learning: The pattern encourages active engagement with information and promotes a proactive approach to learning. Individuals become more effective at absorbing knowledge and applying it in practical ways.

2. Improved Problem-Solving: By reframing confusion as an opportunity for growth, individuals develop problem-solving skills and become better equipped to navigate complex challenges.

3. Expanded Perspective: The pattern prompts individuals to explore different viewpoints and challenge their existing beliefs. This fosters a more comprehensive understanding of complex issues and promotes empathy and open-mindedness.

4. Increased Self-Awareness: The pattern requires individuals to reflect on their cognitive processes and learning styles, promoting self-awareness and helping them identify areas for growth.

5. Empowerment and Confidence: Successfully transforming confusion into understanding instills a sense of empowerment and confidence. Individuals become more confident in their abilities to learn, adapt, and make informed decisions.

6. Lifelong Learning: The pattern encourages a lifelong learning mindset by embracing confusion as a natural part of the learning process. It promotes continuous learning, personal growth, and intellectual curiosity.

By adopting the Way to Access Knowing: Turn Confusion into Understanding pattern, individuals can experience these benefits and unlock their potential for acquiring knowledge.

The origin of the confusion in understanding patterns was first described in Richard Bandler’s book Using Your Brain for a Change, 1985.

Success of pattern lies in the differences in mental representations and emotional states associated with these two cognitive processes.

Confusion arises when thoughts and experiences are disorganized, lacking clarity, and represented as blurry or incomplete images. This state of mind is often accompanied by feelings of uncertainty, frustration, or anxiety. In contrast, understanding emerges when information is well-organized, structured, and represented as sharp and detailed images or mental models. This state of mind is characterized by feelings of clarity, confidence, and satisfaction.

The transition from confusion to understanding involves a shift in mental representation and emotional state. By reorganizing and clarifying thoughts and experiences, individuals can move from a state of confusion to a state of understanding. This shift can be facilitated through various techniques, such as creating clear and detailed images, breaking down complex concepts into smaller parts, and using analogies or metaphors to make unfamiliar ideas more understandable.

  • Confusion is a precursor to understanding. Confusion occurs when you have sufficient data but it’s not organized in a way that allows you to comprehend it.
  • There are different ways to understand something. Each person has their unique way of understanding and there is no right or wrong way.
  • The more ways you have of understanding, the more possibilities open up for you. Knowledge is subjective and can be described in many ways, the more perspectives you possess the better prepared you will be to be able to effectively communicate and understand others.
  • Understanding is a vital process for survival and learning. The only way to make sense of our experiences is by understanding them.
  • There are different kinds of understanding, and some are more useful than others. You can justify things, experience a pleasant feeling, or be able to do something because of a particular perspective.
  • The only kind of understanding that is worthwhile is the kind that allows you to do something. Understanding should lead to action and result in a tangible outcome.
  • You can often get someone to accept an idea consciously, but only seldom will that lead to a change in behavior. True understanding leads to a change in behavior.

  • Sitting by side so you can perceive nuances in facial expression, gestures, and coloration of the skin and not stay in the way of a client who is accessing their images and creating metaphors in front of them.
  • Modulate your voice and speak slowly and melodically.
  • Be interested in client exploration.
  • Repeat the client’s words using his voice delivery. For instance, when the client spoke about an exciting event, his face lightened up, his words speeded up and his tone of voice was higher. As a professional, you are, to match his expression or attend acting class to learn essentials.
  • Connect the question and experience with coordinating conjunction and/as/when.

“I’m not lost; I’m just on a quest for understanding… and maybe some snacks.” - *Unknown"

Vlad: “Hello, What can I do for you today?”

Client: “I want to get clarity on the issue I am dealing with.”

Vlad: “I would like you to create on your mind screen two representations. One of your current issues with no clarity and another where you understand. Once you have done this point with each hand the location of the representation and describe it in terms of images, sounds, and sensations.”

Client: “Pointing to right, eye level, at arm distance. ‘In no clarity, I see many small unrelated facts floating and flickering, hear many voices, and get tension in my chest.’ Pointing to the left, hip level, as if doing something. ‘In understanding I see myself doing the task, hear my voice and surrounding sound. I got a feeling of confidence.’”

Vlad: “Thanks for the detailed information. As you may heard man with one clock knows what time it is. A man with two clocks can never be sure. Allow yourself to go inside once more realizing that in time you’ll get clarity on the issue you dealt with in the past and some of the small pieces were building a foundation that solidified and grew into your understanding of one clear voice as you contemplate the changes you have made, the feeling of confidence will emerge now and with surprise you can realize how the issue unfolded into doing the task, hearing your voice and surrounding sound, feeling the confidence. Take all the time you need, and when you are ready, come back with a feeling of well-being and comfort.”

Client: “I struggled with this over several months, never realizing that was so easy.”

Vlad: “To connect deeply you might consider the Core transformation method by Connirae Andreas. Allow me to guide you in the next 30 minutes.”

Client: “Ok. Let’s go for it.”

Core Transformation

Client: “Something had changed. I can feel more relaxed now and connected with my inner me. Thanks very much.”

Vlad: “You are welcome. From the state of deep connection that radiates through, transforms, and enriches your initial feeling. How do you feel about yourself now and in the future?”

Client: “I am my body and my body is me. I am in a relationship with everyone and this relationship starts with me. I have changed. Thanks very much.”

Vlad: “That’s good to hear. Good luck.”

  1. Identify a specific area of confusion.
  • Confusion is distinct from not understanding.
  • Confusion arises when someone has a lot of data but it is not organized in a way that allows for understanding.
  • The process of understanding involves organizing and distilling data into a simple representation.
  • Confusion and understanding are internal experiences that may not necessarily align with the external world.
  • Different individuals have unique ways of organizing experiences to attain understanding.
  • Confusion can be a gateway to new understanding, allowing for alternative perspectives and the learning of new skills.
  1. Find a similar area where you have clarity.
  • Size: Confusion can be represented as a small picture while understanding is a large picture.
  • Distance: Confusion can be represented as a close-up picture, while understanding is a distant picture.
  • Clarity: Confusion can be represented as a blurry or indistinct picture while understanding is a sharp and clear picture.
  • Brightness: Confusion can be represented as a dim picture while understanding is a bright picture.
  • Color: Confusion can be represented as a black and white picture while understanding as a color picture.
  • Movement Confusion is often not real movement (flickering or jumping), while understanding is real
  • Sound Confusion might be perceived as a mix of many voices or sounds without clarity, while understanding is only one voice.
  • Kinesthetic Confusion can be represented as walking in a circle, clarity is going forward.
  1. Using these distinctions, you can test which submodalities are most powerful in transforming confusion into understanding
  • Understanding is often represented as a movie, and it is characterized by a large, clear picture, a voice describing what is seen, and a soft feeling of relaxation.

  • Confusion, on the other hand, is represented as a slide, and it is characterized by a small, distant picture, no sound, and a tense feeling.

  1. Once you identify the most powerful submodalities, you can use them to design a swish pattern to help the person achieve this transformation.

  2. Make changes to the “confusion” to align it with the “understanding.”

  3. Test the results.

  4. If not fully understood, repeat the process.

It’s important to note that there are different ways to understand something, and what works for one person may not work for another. Therefore, it’s recommended to experiment with different techniques until you find one that suits you.

To begin the meditation on transforming confusion into understanding, find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to relax and your mind to settle.

Now, bring to mind a situation or topic that often brings you confusion or uncertainty. Allow yourself to fully acknowledge the confusion you feel without judgment. Notice any sensations, thoughts, or emotions associated with this confusion.

As you continue to focus on this confusion, bring your attention to your breath. Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath flowing in and out, grounding you in the present moment.

Now, imagine a soft, warm light surrounding you, enveloping you in a comforting glow. This light represents clarity and understanding. Visualize it expanding and filling the space around you.

Next, imagine stepping into this radiant light. Feel its soothing energy permeating every cell of your body, bringing a sense of calm and tranquility.

As you bask in this light, repeat the following affirmations to yourself:

  1. “I release confusion and open myself to understanding.”
  2. “I embrace clarity and insight.”
  3. “I am capable of comprehending and making sense of any situation.”

Allow these affirmations to sink deeply into your consciousness, affirming your intention to transform confusion into understanding.

Now, imagine the confusing situation before you, but this time visualize it becoming clearer and more coherent. See the pieces of the puzzle coming together, forming a clear picture in your mind.

As you observe this newfound clarity, notice how your body feels lighter and more at ease. Feel the weight of confusion lifting off your shoulders, replaced by a sense of confidence and comprehension.

Stay in this state of clarity and understanding for a few more moments, savoring the experience. Take a deep breath and express gratitude for the insights and understanding you have gained.

When you are ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, stretch your body, and open your eyes.

Remember that this meditation can be revisited whenever you feel confused or seek greater understanding. Trust in your ability to navigate through confusion and embrace the power of clarity within you.
