Vlad: “You are right. You are not this person yet. And you know you are committed not only to your plants but to other areas in your life, therefore you’ve got all you need to produce the change. If you allow me let me ask you. ‘Go back and sense your feeling about real and honest commitment in the time and place. “Where is the sensation located? Where does it start and where does it go? How big it is? It is solid, liquid, gas, or plasma? It is warm or cold? It is heavy or light? What color it is? It is rising or going down? It’s moving very slowly from your stomach through your chest and through your throat and going down in front of you while spinning clockwise. Allow me to facilitate the change and put the representation of spinning in front of you changing the color to be more appropriate for you. Reverse the spin and spin it faster and faster till the representation dissolves and instead, you receive a symbol in its place with a value. Notice the value and then bring it with both of your hands inside of your body noticing how is becoming part of you, enriching, transforming, and radiating through every cell of your body to your very essence. Take all the time you need.

I have read books, watched videos, attended seminars, and practiced on myself and others. My interest in spinning transformation for personal breakthroughs had arisen from searching for reliable techniques that I could use to improve my life and life of others. I have learned this technique from Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna, and Steve Andreas. Changing and/or transforming kinesthetic sensation is the one of valued techniques I come across. Normally I am asking for sensation quality before producing the change which allows me to focus on kinesthetic even more. I do recommend that you search for a practitioner who has knowledge, skills, experience, and elegance for your first session.
