I learned this technique from the book LA TRANSFORMACIΓ“N ESSENTIAL in 1999 and have tried exercises. My comprehension of the material, my skills, and my attitude weren’t good. 2022/23/24 I attended the Core Transformation Practice group meeting with Mark & Tamara Andreas. I have re-read the book Core Transformation: Reaching the Wellspring Within in English, Watch The Full 3-Day Workshop via Streaming video, Aligning Perceptual Positions with Connirae Andreas, Core Transformation: A Conversation with Roger with Connirae Andreas, heard Spirituality in NLP by Connirae Andreas. I have practiced with myself and others and after 550 sessions I can say my overall experience is good. Clients are changing not only the issues they come up with but also as structure of the meaning of their lives which has wide repercussions for their relationships. Changing and/or transforming kinesthetic sensation is the one of valued techniques I come across. I do recommend that you search for a practitioner who has knowledge, skills, experience, and elegance for your first session.
