The first time I experimented with time distortion was in Spain after reading the book Time Distortion in Hypnosis by M.D. Cooper, Linn F., Milton H. Erickson, and experimenting with time dilation in which I can try out all the available outcomes now and in the future, noticing the changes. I have noticed the time location of the past and future and developed the construct of ‘CONSIDER IT DONE’ where I placed future events in the past and thus gained certainty of the inevitable future. To slow time and notice all relevant details, notice borders of my representation speed up, and your focus dwells on your senses. The sound is flowing deeper, slower and I can discern the origin and movement of the sensation. I can feel flow of blood, hear body fluids. According research while seeing movie in slow or fast time my perception and narration adjust. So before making the changes I see hero of the movie experience, after replace hero representation with mine, processing the experience and after changing desired content of the movie maintaining the process. I go to the future observing ecology of change and if suitable, than I install it in my timeline. I have tried out different approaches to alter my perceptions and state of consciousness.
